I make a similar recipe but this one sounds awesome.
One pound of hot sausag
One can of Rotel tomatoes with green chiles (drained but reserve liquid)
8 ounces of cream cheese
Brown the sausage ( I drain it)
Mix in Rotel and cream cheese and heat
Add some reserved Rotel liquid if needed.
Prepare mushrooms, stuff with sausage mixture and cook at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
Leftover sausage mixture makes a good dip!
