Spicy Garlic Shrimp

1/4 c butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon chopped oregano
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces of tomato sauce
2 bay leaves (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
dash lemon juice
1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
cilantro
1 avocado
specialty finishing salt (I used Black lava salt in this recipe)
Melt butter in a large skillet with lid, add garlic, bay leaves, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper, tomato sauce and lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes, then put the lid on and set aside for 30 minutes to blend flavors together. Remove bay leaves place over medium heat, stir in the shrimp and cook until pale. (app 5 minutes.
on spoon, add a small slice of avocado. top with a spoon of the sauce and one shrimp. then top with a cilantro leaf and finishing salt.
